Our step by step guide
- Complete the initial enquiry form
- Provide outline information of what works you require, along with photographs of your property and approximate sizes
- Pay the advice fee via PAYPAL
What Building Advice Bureau will provide
- Upon receipt we will ask a series of questions to obtain a more in depth knowledge of requirements
- We will prepare you a general specification of works that are compared to national standard specifications that will ensure that when priced by your builder will allow for a set standard of quality, and all builders approached will be pricing on a like for like basis
- We will provide standard letters that you can adapt for your own use allowing you to use the report as a tender document to obtain prices from a number of local builders
We can for an additional fee provide you with a list of approved contractors in your area.
